Tsutsumi is a student who loves cats alot despite her cat allergies, as shown when she attempted to rescue a cat from a tree despite her allergies and lack of ability to climb trees. She is a close friend of Kaoru and are often bullied by three group of other students.

Tsutsumi had a short yellow hair and blue eyes and wear usual japanese student outfit

Tsutsumi is kind and show great interest in cats, and her cat allergy have suprising use in detecting cats earlier than others. This lets her save others from being caught by the cats by showing cue to others everytime she felt the allergy.
