Yukari Nishimoto is a kindergarten teacher. She's Sanae Ozora's best friend and used to be a student in Nankatsu.

She is a minor recurring character in Captain Tsubasa. She lives in the city of Nankatsu, Shizuoka, but used to live in Nagasaki. She used to go to Nankatsu school with her close friends Sanae Ozora and Ryo Ishizaki.
